How does your backup schedule work?
Our backups are taken each morning at approximately 3AM. We keep 3 daily backups and two monthly backups which are taken on the 1st day of each month. In all cases, the newest backup replace the oldest.
Our backup structure was designed to give you the flexibility of rolling back to a relatively old copy of your website while still retaining the option of rolling back to a very recent backup.
Where is your datacentre located?
Our datacentre is located in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Why don't you offer uncapped hosting plans?
Capped hosting plans enable us to provide quality over quantity. By choosing this way forward, we do not need to bog our clients down with fair-use policies and other mechanisms to limit excessive usage. Our capped plans offer generous data transfer quotas while simultaneously assisting us in effective network management.
